Our training curriculum changes every month to ensure that you always find the work-outs interesting. We rotate through 22 different sessions every month so that no 2 days are the same for you.

Dance and Aerobics Training

Dance + Aerobics

Combine high energy dance forms with aerobics in 45 minute intense sessions that burn your calories, and kindle your spirit. Ala Zumba or Salsa Aerobics, we also fuse Bollywood inspired dance forms into the routines

Yoga Instruction

Yoga

Hatha yoga & Iyengar Yoga to enhance flexibility and inner strength. Including high intensity Surya/Chandra namaskar, perform traditional yoga routines, with enhanced vigour and speed

Pilates training

Pilates

Improve your breathing, muscle control and core strength through a series of Pilates based work-outs. Designed to improve focus and core strength, the work-outs are easy to learn and follow

Mat or Floor based exercises

Mat / Floor exercises

Traditionally, the most loved and enduring exercises, mat/floor based routines enable you to lose weight using your own body-weight and build a stronger core

Spinning classes

Spin Workouts

Build stamina, and strengthen your core. Easy to follow spin classes that would gradually push you into shape and stamina

Weight training workout

Weight Training

Every week, we perform training routines using kettlebells and dumbbells to target and tone different parts of the body. Without using heavy weights, tone your body into shape

Kickboxing workout

Strengthen your muscles, tighten your body and build stamina. You can kick and punch your way to a stress-free zone within minutes of kickboxing

Running sessions

Running training sessions are organized as part of participation in select marathon races

Lose fat and build endurance in this High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) format. This high intensity workout complements aerobic energy workouts like running, aerobics etc
